It’s crucial to listen and communicate effectively to the patient to be able to provide an efficient planned care. As well as involve the patients when making a decision based on their medical care. The patient will feel valued and heard #SolvingTogether

Whoa! This patient makes her own decisions based on options offered. I may want to take a written list home to decide without pressure, or to make a list of questions for another appt. The person I have with me as another set of eyes and ears will be treated with respect.

#solvingtogether patients need to be made fully aware of the options available. and be confident to challenge when something not available. I do not want to hear for example 'doctor doesn't do texting'! (if other doctors do)
