Patient activation really important but goes hand in hand with health literacy. Some peeps more able to participate so perhaps focus resources on those that can’t self manage #SolvingTogether

Yes! health literacy is key. We did some really interested ethnographic work with

- a part of it looked at medicines optimisation and the complexity for some of the patient information leaflet was very visible
