Hi Avinder, I wholeheartedly agree. How can we best do this, and what programmes that may be already ongoing could we link in with?

Hiya. Thanks. I think its various aspects, one is the recruitment process, including exit interviews and looking at BME people on rolling fixed term contracts who have to re-apply to their role more then 2- 3 times and why this occurs - having the safeguarding if you like. I would also mention line managers leading by example and listening to their employees. In terms of programmes doing this - I am aware some ensure their interview panels have a diverse person on board. I can have think
