Most people in the NHS refer to "Patient Pathways" when discussing the specific health care process for different cohorts of patients.

From a patients point of view the Patient Experience aspect of care is just as important to them as individuals. 

This paper describes my expectations of the experience I am looking for when the time arrives for me to have planned surgery.
