Thanks for sharing David! I would love to know what others think of this? I like the innovation of food apps/robot!

Love this, and could we add a deliberate focus on the nature and quality of workplace relationships; this doesn't happen accidentally and is a key factor in staff happiness?

Dear Lesley,

Work place esprit de corps is tricky to grow I have never really understood how it takes hold but I know it is great when it does. Lots of bits like enjoying one another's company out side of the work environment, doing stuff as a team which is not directly work related yet touches on getting things better for patients e.g. creating a garden or putting on a Christmas show.

Regards,

David.
PS I always like going out for dinner with my work comrades ;-)

Hi David, our work places a focus, in short, on how we deliberately foster positive working relationships. Broadly, it's a human-centred approach, utilising models, principles and skills that everyone can draw on daily to influence their communications and behaviours with each other; when done well, it produces psychological safety within and between teams, helping folk to know more about each others' strengths and needs and helping those difficult conversations along.
