What is it?
Service offers some transitional support into adult hood – starts at 18 years of age and supporting parents, carers, families, and professionals working in children and young people's mental health services.
Self-referral, open to primary or secondary care mental health services.
Co-produced and peer supported classroom and virtual courses about wellbeing, diagnosis and all areas of mental health.
