There is an excellent opportunity to support retention of workforce and attraction by increasing the understanding of job roles / job titles and career progression. The
www.healthcareers.nhs.uk website is an underutilised resource. All NHS provider organisations across England should have a link to the website e.g., in the 'work for us' section. There are 209 NHS Provider Organisations, >6,300 GP Practices, 11 Ambulance Trusts and 42 Integrated Care Boards.

In addition Schools, colleges and Universities should all have the link on their websites under the 'careers sections / careers hubs etc.'. There are 26,000 schools, 225 FE Colleges and 106 Universities.
